Posted by What a week. A real roller-coaster ride. My back pain that got really bad in the middle of the week, so I went to the hospital in central Bangkok. Got a MRI scan of the back, plus an injection, and some more pills. Feels better but need to think about a proper training program.
On the good side, I have been working on a presentation about Argentina, which is fun and exciting. Lot of details to get right. But also good memories that comes back to me. I have been to Argentina three times; 2005, 2008 and 2011. I hope to go back some time in the future.
