Posted by In just over two weeks there is presidental election in Haiti. Many candidates have put up their posters and arrange rallies all over Haiti. Hopefully the election will be open, democratic and fair. Back in the days when “Papa Doc” got elected he had more votes than people in some districts. We are talking major corruption.
