Posted by I’m back in Haiti since a month now. Cholera outbreak, debris from earthquake still everywhere. Now hurricane Tomas should hit Haiti in a few days. Worst case scenario it will be very strong, but right now it seems to not be full force, which is good. Officials are planing mass evacuations in the next couple of days. But where do you move all the people? And how?
